The Town of Lizton Planning Commission’s primary role is to guide community development by creating comprehensive plans, recommending zoning ordinance changes and development plan review.
The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Monday of the month, as needed, at 7pm at Town Hall.

Written Testimonies:
In accordance with Indiana law, a person may not communicate with any member of the Planning Commission before a hearing with the intent to influence the member’s action on a matter pending before the board. Not less than five days before the hearing, however, town staff may file with the board a written statement setting forth any facts or opinions relating to matters pending before the board.
